Nooooooooo!

Look, all in all, Vista works great. But it has some /serious/ power management issues (failure to boot, random restarts, etc.). It's better when you set the power management settings for performance, not low energy use, but at times, it can still be quite unusable.

In fact, I just heard a groan from my dad in the other room, followed by a POST beep... another restart :(

thanks for the feedback matt, the installer wouldnt let me upgrade from x86 t o x64 so i decided to stick with Windows XP. Wa wa waaaaa
