August 11th, 2007 at 6:27pm Sorry, I just have to add one more thing I didn't put in the post... just, look down the left navigation bar on each site and note the similarity of the services offered. And just look at the layout on the right, and even the top new story. Not to mention they both have the same "Sponsored by Scottrade" logo next to their financial boxes (in nearly the same position on the home page). Even ad placement is similar.
This is a case of copying if I ever saw one. Bad AOL! Bad!
